Flexvue™ films specializes in vapor depositing aluminum on a variety of substrates using a thermal evaporative coating process that enables us to meet the exacting needs of our customers applications. We are a leading industry supplier of this technology, with over 20 years metallizing experience, and our proprietary capabilities enable us to provide our customers with a high degree of uniformity cross-web, down-web and roll-to-roll.
The uniform deposit of metal onto the film surface is a tightly controlled process performed in a clean, humidity- and temperature-controlled environment to avoid costly product contamination. With vapor depositions ranging from 100 to 750 angstroms, 0.2 to 4.0 optical density, 65% VLT to opaque and 0.5 to 100 ohms per square, we have the technical capabilities to meet our customer's specific requirements while ensuring consistent quality.
Flexvue produces vacuum coated, metallized film products using a variety of film substrates, in thicknesses from 0.25 mil to 10 mil (6 to 250 microns), to meet our customer's specific requirements, including:
